From Founding Visionary to Strategic Architect
After 12 years as CEO, co-founder and founding leader Brandon Miller is stepping into a new role as Chairman of the Board.
Brandon’s leadership has shaped the heart and trajectory of 34 Strong. What began as a bold vision to help organizations build strengths-based cultures has grown into a nationally recognized consulting firm serving partners across industries and sectors. Under his guidance, 34 Strong expanded its reach, offerings, and impact. We acquired Churchill Leadership Group and are integrating into a broader family of companies committed to building exceptional leaders and workplaces.
In his new role, Brandon will continue guiding the strategic direction of 34 Strong at the board level, while supporting leadership teams across the portfolio. He will remain actively engaged in partnerships, global relationships, speaking, and thought leadership as the companies continue to grow.
Brandon is also focusing energy on a new frontier rooted in strengths, listening, and leadership development. While details will be shared soon, this next chapter aims to expand how organizations grow leaders, how teams develop, and how coaches scale their impact. Something exciting is on the horizon!
Welcoming Our New CEO: Anthony Kavouras
We are equally thrilled to announce that Anthony Kavouras, who has served as President of 34 Strong for the past 2 years, has officially stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer and become a partner in the business.

Anthony is a seasoned leader, longtime friend and collaborator with Brandon, and now a partner invested in the future of 34 Strong. His leadership has already brought clarity, structure, and momentum to our internal operations, client experience, and partner ecosystem. As CEO, Anthony will build on that momentum—ensuring 34 Strong stays grounded in our mission while expanding reach, innovation, and impact.
Introducing Our New President: Terry Dola
Alongside these changes, we’re proud to announce that Terry Dola will be taking over as President of 34 Strong.
Terry is a transformational leader with over 30 years of global executive experience at The Walt Disney Company, where she built high-performing teams, launched successful ventures like Disney Fairytale Weddings, and led billion-dollar revenue channels. She is known for creating cultures of inspirational leadership, elevating the employee experience, and driving world-class customer outcomes.
Since joining 34 Strong as Chief Operating Officer, Terry has overseen business and operational strategy, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our clients. As President, she will play a key role in advancing our mission, expanding our reach, and ensuring every engagement delivers lasting impact.
Welcoming Our Chief Revenue Officer: Alisha Mecier
We’re also excited to welcome Alisha Mecier as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Alisha brings 20+ years of growth leadership across eCommerce, healthcare, insurance, finance, and technology. She is a profit-driven strategist with a track record of consistently building durable partnership moats that drive gains in EBITDA, revenue, and market value. A passionate builder of authentic, customer-centric teams, Alisha is known for her operational excellence, cross-functional leadership, and high-impact strategic alliances.
As CRO, Alisha will lead revenue strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market execution across our family of brands, strengthening how we serve clients, scale impact, and sustain growth.
