Interdependent teams are built by growing a personal interdependent mindset. Teams that function in interdependence are highly engaged and effective at accomplishing tasks and reaching their goals. This episode will leave you with insights on how you can personally grow as an interdependent manager by sharing credit for success and taking responsibility for setbacks. This endears managers to their team and will bring strong team loyalty.
The Highs and Lows of the Interdependent Skill
- High: I serve my team so we can effectively serve others. I share the credit for success and take responsibility for setbacks.
- Low: I am the standout performer on my team. I place my interests above the members on my team.
