Along the way, I will be a source of energy and continually bring a focus on our goals and objectives. To be most effective, I need to verbally process my ideas and feel that my work is aligned with a cause I care about. If I can see where we are going, I will work diligently and strategically to help us get there!

I am a leader who keeps an eye on our destination and initiate the practical steps to take us there, through awareness of details and their ripple impact. I align talent toward long term scalability and step aside to allow others to take ownership in their respective zones of genius. I need time to think, process and envision the future as well as evaluate alternatives. You can count on me to identify and take the present practical steps needed to bring the first version of the future vision to reality. I will work to understand what makes each person tick, seeking to hone and develop the people I am around. I push for excellence and will hold people accountable for their own capacity for human excellence. I expect the same to done to me. I invest the time needed to cultivate and nurture long standing symbiotic relationships. I will work tirelessly for those we serve to over-deliver on expectations. While I vigorously work toward systems, efficiency sustainability and scalability, I always advocate for setting new higher standards.

I am an operational leader who accounts for all of the moving pieces within an endeavor, getting ahead of and solving for any unintended consequences lurking in the plan. I do this in all aspects of my work and I aid others in troubleshooting any miscalculations. I’m not only a problem-solver but a future-seeker. I see potential in others and in our mission, and aim to pave the path needed to realize that potential. By accumulating and organizing information from the present, I move into motion a strategy marching towards the future I want to see.

I am a leader who will work hard to make sure that everyone is heard. I help find efficient ways to solve problems and work diligently to make sure everyone has what they need in order to perform at their full potential, and am excited to encourage them every step of the way. I bring my best through asking clarifying questions and having time to think and process, ultimately allowing me to connect the dots to the bigger picture and impact to everyone involved. I work diligently to create systems and processes that create consistent experiences for our clients. I strive to have a genuine connection with each person on my team and those we serve in order to help create win-win outcomes for all involved.

Coaching others to become their best selves is fulfilling, and training is where I really shine. Put me on a stage with a microphone in my hand and I’ll feel right at home.

I am a leader who bridges connections between our team to our clients, working around each of our individual needs to ensure a harmonious relationship. I am an emotional detector, capable of reading the state of the room and finding common ground in order to achieve success. I am an energizer, giving others a dose of infectious positivity so that they can feel good about the work they are providing. I work best when I have background information in order to make the best decisions that I feel confident in. Taking time to process information allows me to formulate my thoughts and reach a deeper understanding on what has to be done. I am an information archive, retaining any and all relevant data so that I can lay a sturdy foundation that others can build upon.  I am consistently working to find productive solutions to maximize efficiency in every day office processes.

I’m not in the front of the room captivating people with my words but rather in the very back, collecting other people’s words. I take those words and retain them so that I can utilize them to suit the needs of others. I thrive best in a world of data, behind the computer screen, processing any and all pertinent information and then converting that into streamlined, efficient systems. You can trust that I will perform with consistent excellence in my work, determined to ensure my team has what they need to shine so that they can properly aid you in your Strengths’ journey.

I am leader who cultivates the potential in the operational systems around me. I see each and every small improvement as a milestone towards the overall goal of growth and sustainability. I create systems to support our best place to work culture so we can proficiently meet client needs as they create and sustain their unique culture as a best place to work. I serve as the gate-keeper of client projects, filtering through the data to spot patterns and ensure all details are acknowledged, and accounted for.   I ensure time and resources needed are allocated efficiently. What I do best, is take the aspirations of our visionaries and turn them from ideas into order. I create the process-able components so that our team can tailor a culture to suit our client’s needs for successful implementation and sustenance.
