Brandon Miller is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at 34 Strong, where he guides the long-term strategy, vision and innovation across the organization and its family of brands. As the founding CEO for 12 years, Brandon shaped 34 Strong from a bold idea into a nationally recognized leader in strengths-based development and workplace culture transformation.

Under his leadership, 34 Strong expanded into public and private sectors across the country, built a global coaching community and grew into a multi-brand ecosystem that now includes Churchill Leadership Group and CoachStrong. His commitment to strong workplace cultures, leadership excellence and human-centered development has influenced thousands of leaders and teams.

In his role as Chairman, Brandon continues to support the strategic direction of 34 Strong, while focusing on pioneering new tools and frameworks designed to transform how individuals and teams grow. A sought-after speaker, author and thought leader, he remains dedicated to advancing strengths-based leadership and equipping organizations to build better workplaces from the inside out.

Anthony Kavouras

Chief Executive Officer & Partner

Anthony Kavouras is CEO and Partner at 34 Strong, where he leads the organization’s strategic vision, growth and impact across our family of brands. With more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership, revenue strategy and organizational development, he brings a blend of strategic clarity, operational excellence and people-centered leadership to this role.

Since joining 34 Strong, Anthony has played a key role in one of the most pivotal growth periods in the company’s history: expanding into new markets, strengthening delivery systems, and helping integrate Churchill Leadership Group into the 34 Strong ecosystem. His leadership has accelerated the company’s influence across public and private sectors and reinforced its position as a national leader in strengths-based development.

Terry Dola

President

Terry Dola is the President of 34 Strong, where she leads organizational operations, client delivery and the strategic systems that support the company’s mission to build better workplaces. With more than 30 years of global executive experience at The Walt Disney Company, Terry brings a deep expertise in culture transformation, customer experience and large-scale operational leadership.

Throughout her career, Terry has launched new businesses, including the iconic Disney Fairytale Weddings, led billion-dollar revenue channels, and guided major transformation efforts across diverse markets. Her leadership is rooted in creating cultures of inspiration, engagement, and excellence; environments where both employees and customers thrive.

Since joining 34 Strong as Chief Operating Officer, Terry has strengthened the company’s operational foundation and elevated its client experience. Now as President, she plays a key role in advancing the organization’s next era of growth, expanding its impact across sectors and ensuring every engagement delivers lasting value for clients, partners and the broader coaching community.

Alisha Mecier

Chief Revenue Officer

Alisha Mecier is the Chief Revenue Officer at 34 Strong, where she leads revenue strategy, partnership growth and market expansion across the company’s family of brands. With more than 20 years of experience driving transformational growth in healthcare, fintech, technology and e-commerce, Alisha brings a proven track record of scaling organizations, strengthening partner ecosystems and unlocking new opportunities for sustainable impact.

Throughout her career, Alisha has generated over $100M in revenue growth, reduced customer acquisition costs and built high-performing teams rooted in authenticity, trust and operational excellence. She is widely recognized for her ability to forge strategic alliances, manage complex partnerships and elevate both customer experience and market value through aligned sales, marketing and operational strategies.

At 34 Strong, Alisha plays a crucial role in accelerating the company’s next phase of growth: expanding our market presence, deepening relationships with clients and partners, and strengthening integrated revenue across public and private sectors. Her leadership is grounded in data-informed decision making, people-first approach and passion for building cultures where teams can win together.

Julie Allison

Vice President of Learning & Consulting

Julie Allison is the Vice President of Learning & Consulting at 34 Strong, where she oversees the organization’s learning and development strategy, coaching ecosystem and delivery teams across the public and private sectors. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in organizational development and learning, Julie brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams, developing leaders and transforming workplace cultures.

Before joining 34 Strong, Julie founded and led the Organizational Development Department at Baptist Health, Arkansas’s largest healthcare system. She supported more than 10,000 employees across hospitals, clinics and administrative teams. She also served in key leadership roles within K–12 education systems, where she designed enterprise-wide leadership programs, guided major transformation initiatives and led change efforts during mergers, innovation cycles and strategic expansions.

A certified executive coach, Julie has supported senior leaders and teams across industries in strengthening performance, deepening collaboration and building environments where people can thrive. At 34 Strong, she leads a robust L&D team with a focus on excellence, customer service and measurable results. She ensures that every engagement drives meaningful impact for the leaders and organizations we serve.

Ryan Darby, Ph.D.

Chief Services Officer

Dr. Ryan Darby is the Chief Services Officer at 34 Strong, where he leads the organization’s consulting strategy, service delivery and research-backed approach to building thriving, high-performing workplaces. A nationally recognized expert in leadership development, employee engagement and strengths-based psychology, Ryan brings deep experience spanning consulting, academia and workforce development.

Prior to joining 34 Strong, Ryan served as a Researcher and Consultant at Gallup, partnering with Fortune 500 companies and leading organizations to improve engagement, culture and performance through strengths-based strategies. He later served as Vice President of Consulting Services at Assessment Technologies Group, where he led large-scale initiatives focused on talent selection, performance optimization and organizational effectiveness.

Ryan also spent part of his career in academia as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Flagler College, teaching Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Positive Psychology and Cross-Cultural Psychology. His published research on emotions and emotional intelligence has shaped modern approaches to leadership development and employee engagement, influencing both practitioners and future leaders.

At 34 Strong, Ryan oversees the firm’s service portfolio. He leads efforts to translate engagement and culture data into actionable strategies that drive measurable improvements in performance, retention and team effectiveness. His blend of research rigor and practical consulting expertise makes him a trusted advisor to organizations seeking to strengthen culture and elevate leadership at every level.

Erin Harrison

Chief of Staff

Erin Harrison is the Chief of Staff at 34 Strong, where she ensures organizational alignment, cultural continuity and seamless execution across all teams and strategic priorities. With a background in psychology and Christian counseling, Erin has dedicated her career to helping people understand themselves, strengthen relationships and operate at their highest potential.

Erin joined 34 Strong in 2013 with a passion for transforming workplaces and developing leaders. Mentored directly by co-founder Brandon Miller, she gained deep expertise in the company’s methodology, programming and client experience—eventually becoming a key architect behind many of 34 Strong’s trainings and strengths-based development tools.

Before becoming Chief People Officer and now Chief of Staff, Erin served as a Head Coach, partnering with leaders and teams across organizations such as Vistage International, the State of California, American Licorice, the FDA and the cities of Elk Grove, Turlock and Modesto.

Known for her calm presence, insight and ability to build meaningful relationships, Erin has guided countless leaders, managers and teams in identifying and leveraging their strengths. Her approach centers on creating environments where individuals feel understood, supported and empowered to grow.

In her current role, Erin supports enterprise-wide integration, champions 34 Strong’s culture and ensures that teams remain aligned, energized and equipped to deliver exceptional experiences to clients and partners.
