As a strategic leader, he has shaped the direction of organizations, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the quality of the companies he has managed. Anthony is adept at driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional results.

With an extensive background within the Healthcare industry, he has led projects ranging from standing up technology enabled solutions to drive business demand to strategic oversight of Marketing and Sales functions. He has also served in a Chief Executive Officer role within the Healthcare industry and where his leadership provided growth of over $100M through online platforms.

Today Anthony serves as the President of 34 strong where he provides strategic direction and vision for the growth and direction of the company. His focus is on creating a workplace environment that encourages a growth mindset while providing exceptional customer service through the products and services that the company provides.

Brandon is world-renowned in the consulting industry for his mastery of strengths-based development, having been one of the first seven strengths coaches in the world independently certified by Gallup. For 20+ years, Brandon has coached and consulted with thousands of leaders in hundreds of organizations and dozens of industries. In 2013, Brandon co-founded 34 Strong to bring effective and humanistic workforce development solutions to the public sector. Since launching 34 Strong, Brandon has designed and managed 6-8 figure workforce development campaigns for public sector organizations across the country, including the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and many others.

Under Brandons leadership, the 34 Strong business has been awarded one of Sacramentos fastest growing businesses and is recognized as one of the best places to work for two years in a row since 2023. His Vision and passion for helping people show up as their best version of themselves has been the catalyst for the growth of the company over the past decade, proving that if you focus on the employees, they will drive the customer experience that will deliver business results.

As a creative problem solver himself, he has inspired many of his clients to embody his philosophy with great success, as exemplified by the company having benchmark level net promoter scores and high client repeat business, with some maintaining a relationship since the launch of 34 Strong.

Brandon has deep beliefs in the human potential among all of us. He spends a portion of his time each year abroad helping organizations and individuals realize that vison for themselves. He serves his community by volunteering on several local boards and provides coaching and mentoring to underserved young adults on his mission to a million smiles.

Having lived and worked in three different countries, he brings a global perspective to relationship-building and solution development, excelling at connecting with people across diverse backgrounds and industries.

Craig has a unique blend of expertise in both public and private sector sales, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances in each market. This insight has been honed through roles at multiple Fortune 100 companies, where he consistently aligned client needs with innovative solutions.

Guided by core values and driven by a passion for making meaningful connections, Craig takes pride in fostering relationships that lead to mutual success.

Craig currently leads the 34 Strong Business Development strategy for the company and is responsible for the growth and positioning of the company among the many clients we serve. His team continues to exceed the client expectations by leveraging the diverse tools and resources the company provides to help companies grow a strong culture.

Erin Harrison

At a young age, Erin Harrison discovered a unique talent and passion for counseling friends, family, and colleagues. Mrs. Harrison grew this natural talent for working one-on-one into the cornerstone of her professional identity when she received her BA in Psychology along with a minor in Christian Counseling. Since then, she has spent hundreds of hours offering high-quality, professional counselling services, and in 2013 she made the jump to 34 Strong to make a larger, more significant impact on the state of the American workplace.

Developed directly under the leadership of 34 Strong CEO Brandon Miller, Erin possesses a deep understanding of all our trainings and deliverables, having developed many of them herself. Prior to ascending into the Chief People Officer and later the chief of staff to the President of 34 Strong, she served as a Head coach working with a wide array of our clients to help leaders, managers, and associates find and leverage their strengths for themselves and their teams. She has taken point with some our largest clients/biggest programs, including Vistage International, the State of California, American Licorice, The FDA, and the cities of Elk Grove, Turlock, and Modesto.

Erin specializes in building, developing, and maintaining strong personal and professional relationships, and her client’s express appreciation of her calm, level-headed approach, and her ability to create genuine connections with each person’s needs and goals.

Today, as the Chief of Staff for 34 Strong, she ensure work across the organization is integrated and the culture remains as a competitive advantage for the company.

Julie Allison

With over 20 years of leadership experience in organizational development and learning within Arkansas’ largest healthcare and K-12 education systems, Julie founded and managed Baptist Health’s Organizational Development Department. She aimed to enhance performance by aligning talent, overseeing programs for leadership and skill development for 10,000+ employees. Julie led her team in program initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring, also taking charge of business transformation during mergers, innovation, and special projects.

Her expertise lies in talent identification, team development, and achieving results. She serves as a certified executive coach, aiding senior management teams in diverse sectors. Her coaching focuses on individual and team growth, fostering high-quality, high-performance work environments to ensure success and thriving for all.

As the Vice President of Learning and Consulting for 34 Strong, Julie provides day to day oversight of the extensive L&D team with a keen focus on customer service and results.

Dr. Ryan Darby is a trusted thought leader and consultant known for his ability to transform organizations through innovative strategies in leadership development, employee engagement, and strengths-based approaches. With a career spanning consulting, academia, and entrepreneurship, Dr. Darby has partnered with organizations across industries to deliver measurable results in performance, culture, and engagement.
As a Researcher and Consultant at Gallup, Dr. Darby guided Fortune 500 companies and other leading organizations in implementing strategies to drive organic growth and improve employee engagement. His expertise in workforce development and leadership practices established him as a sought-after consultant, providing actionable insights that empowered organizations to achieve lasting success.

During his tenure as Vice President of Consulting Services at Assessment Technologies Group, Dr. Darby spearheaded initiatives to optimize talent selection and employee performance. His data-driven methodologies enabled organizations to refine their hiring practices, strengthen workplace cultures, and realize tangible improvements in retention and productivity.

In academia, Dr. Darby applied his expertise as an Assistant Professor at Flagler College, teaching courses in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Positive Psychology, and Cross-Cultural Psychology. He has published numerous studies on emotions and emotional intelligence, contributing significantly to the academic understanding of these areas in organizational behavior and leadership. His research has influenced how leaders approach emotional intelligence in enhancing employee engagement, performance, and leadership effectiveness. Dr. Darby’s academic work, combined with his commitment to mentoring, has inspired the next generation of leaders and professionals.

As the Chief Services Officer at 34 Strong, Dr. Darby focuses on transforming organizational culture by translating employee engagement data into actionable strategies that enhance key performance indicators. His innovative solutions have solidified his reputation as a go-to consultant for organizations aiming to create thriving, high-performing teams.

Terry Dola

Terry is known as a transformational leader who is passionate about creating cultures that focus on inspirational leadership who engage employees to deliver a world-class customer experience. Her 30+ years at the Walt Disney Company as a global executive leader provided the opportunity to learn about the unique differences between cultures and countries while designing and implementing site-level strategies specific to the business need and that exceeded performance goals. Her knowledge and approach to work are consistently associated with a balanced scorecard focused on the Employee experience which drives the customer experience and ultimately delivers the Business results.

As a business leader, she has had the opportunity to start up several successful companies under the Disney brand. She was the visionary behind Disney Fairytale Weddings where she created products and services and led the marketing and sales effort towards generating over $350M in a 5-year timeframe. She also led the transformation efforts for the Disney Institute taking it from a bricks and mortar model to a consulting business that is still a success today.

Under her leadership, she managed a $250M Marketing and Sales budget, delivering over a billion dollars of revenue through select Disney Channels. Her consumer direct experience encompassed oversight of the 2500 seat Contact Center at Walt Disney World where she drove one of the biggest transformation projects in the company’s history. Her vison and strategy moved it from a reservation center to a customer centric business that improved revenue as well as the overall cast member experience. Before leaving Disney in 2020 she served as the Chief of Staff to the President of Walt Disney World.

Terry started her own consulting company in 2021 and has had the privilege of helping public, private, and non-profit businesses align their culture and business performance following the employment disruption associated with the pandemic. She has become a trusted business advisor to CEOs, Board Members, and Training Organizations by providing a positive, strategic collaborative approach to her work.

Today, she serves as the Chief Operating Officer at 34 Strong where she oversees the business and operational strategy for the company. She leverages her knowledge and experience in providing exceptional customer service to the many clients served.
